I can make the ass drop

Today is Tuesday which means gym day!

Smith angle squat 3 10 10 10 10
Leg extensions 3 10 50×10 50×10 50×10
Hamstring curls 3 10 40×10 40×10 40×10
Squat to step 3 10 10 10 10
Back foot elevated lunge jump 3 10 6 10 10
Bicycle crunch 3 40 40 40 40
Mnt climbers 3 40 40 40 40

I kinda can’t help but suspect that me having to do those smith angle squats is getting me ready to squat with weight on my back. That’s kinda exciting!

The rest of it is pretty straight forward. I didn’t feel super good but I did all of this without feeling any worse and it was all pretty good.

Today was just a really, really good day.
